Young opera singers of all nationalities can participate, who have not exceeded thirty-three years of age for the controtenor,soprano and tenor voices, and the thirty-five years of age for the mezzo-soprano, baritone and bass voices.

Artistic prizes in opera roles and concerts will be awarded by the artistic directors of the jury at their discretion

All winners and finalists will participate in the making of a CD, recorded during the Finalist Final Concert on Sunday 17th November 2019
